This Privacy Policy explains how GPTS AI collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal data when you visit getpaidtospeak.ai or use our Services. Please read it carefully before registering or purchasing a Subscription.
1. About Us and This Policy
GPTS AI is an AI-powered content creation platform operated by GET PAID TO SPEAK PTE. LTD. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore. Our platform at getpaidtospeak.ai helps speakers, coaches, and experts craft speeches, marketing copy, and social media content using artificial intelligence.
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data we collect through getpaidtospeak.ai, our associated mobile applications (if any), marketing communications, and any other interactions you have with us (collectively, the "Services"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore) ("PDPA") and, where applicable, other data protection laws including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").
2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect personal data in three ways: data you provide to us directly, data we collect automatically, and data we receive from third parties.
2.1 Data You Provide Directly
- Account Registration: full name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), and country of residence.
- Billing Information: payment card details, billing address, and transaction history. Note: full card numbers are processed and stored by our payment processors (e.g. Stripe) and are not retained on our servers.
- Profile Information: professional background, areas of expertise, speaking topics, and business description — used to personalise AI outputs.
- User Content: prompts, speech briefs, marketing objectives, audience descriptions, and any other content you submit to generate AI outputs.
- Communications: messages you send to our support team, survey responses, and feedback submissions.
2.2 Data We Collect Automatically
- Usage Data: pages visited, features used, AI prompts submitted (in anonymised or pseudonymised form), session duration, and content generated.
- Device and Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and time zone.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: session cookies, persistent cookies, and similar technologies. See Section 9 (Cookies) for details.
- Log Data: server logs including access times, error logs, and referring URLs.
2.3 Data from Third Parties
- Payment Processors: transaction status, payment method type, and fraud signals from providers such as Stripe.
- Authentication Providers: if you register using a third-party single sign-on (SSO) service (e.g. Google), we receive your name, email address, and profile picture as shared by that provider.
- Analytics Providers: aggregated usage and demographic information from analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
3. How We Use Your Personal Data
We use your personal data only for the purposes described below and only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Create and manage your account; verify your identity; provide customer support

- Personalise and deliver AI-generated outputs tailored to your expertise
- Maintain and improve platform performance; detect abuse and security threats
- Respond to support queries; send service notifications and product updates
- Understand how users interact with the platform; improve features and UX
We do not use your User Content (your prompts, briefs, or submitted materials) to train our AI models without your separate, explicit consent. Your creative inputs remain yours.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (PDPA and GDPR)
Where GDPR applies to our processing of your personal data, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a Contract: processing necessary to provide the Services you have subscribed to.
- Legitimate Interests: processing for our reasonable business interests, including security monitoring, fraud prevention, and analytics.
- Legal Obligation: processing required to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Consent: where we rely on your consent (e.g. for optional marketing emails or non-essential cookies), you may withdraw consent at any time.
5. Disclosure of Your Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your personal data with:

5.2 Business Transfers

We are based in Singapore, and our primary servers are located in Singapore. 7. Marketing Communications
We may send you marketing emails about our Services where you have opted in or where you are an existing customer and we are marketing similar products. 8. Data Retention
- Account Data: retained for the duration of your active Subscription plus 3 years following account closure.
- Billing and Transaction Records: retained for 7 years from the date of transaction.
- User Content and AI Outputs: retained for the duration of your active Subscription; deleted within 90 days after account closure.
- Usage and Technical Logs: retained for up to 12 months.
- Marketing Preferences and Consent Records: retained for as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance.
9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use the following types of cookies:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: essential for platform operation. Cannot be disabled.
- Functional Cookies: remember your preferences and settings.
- Performance and Analytics Cookies: collect anonymised usage data (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Marketing Cookies: used only with your consent.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.
10. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, access controls on a need-to-know basis, regular security assessments, and incident response procedures. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
11. Your Rights
11.1 Rights Under the PDPA (Singapore)
- Right of Access: request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Right of Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Right of Withdrawal: withdraw consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data at any time.

The Services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@getpaidtospeak.asia.
13. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our platform.
14. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing
Our platform uses AI to process your prompts and generate content outputs. Your prompts may be processed by our own models and/or third-party AI providers bound by data processing agreements. We do not use your identifiable User Content to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models without your separate, express consent. No fully automated decision-making that produces legal or significant effects is carried out without human oversight.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Where we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' prior notice by email and/or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
